About Kirsten:
Kirsten is passionate about mental health and providing a space for clients to be understood and heard. Kirsten creates an empathic, understanding and non-judgmental approach and uses evidence-based interventions with a person-centered approach. Kirsten works across the lifespan with children (10+), adolescents and adults who are experiencing a board range of challenges which include anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties and stress. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and spending time with her 18-year-old cat, Isabella.
